Send rack power profile and ride-through window. We map it to cell count, capacitance and ESR targets.

Cell selection & sorting

Tier-1 LIC cells, C/ESR dual-parameter measured, binned to a ±5% module window on our sorting line.

Sample & qualification

First articles with balancing, structure and connector options. Full test data ships with samples.

Mass production

Laser welding, BMS assembly, aging and 100% final test. Standard lead time 4–6 weeks.
