Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you submit an inquiry or RFQ form, we collect the details you provide: name, company, work email, country, application area and your message. We use them solely to answer your inquiry and to prepare quotations.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent or trade your contact details. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site. Server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) are kept for security and error diagnostics only.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. If a cookie is ever required for a functional purpose, this policy will be updated before it goes live.

Retention & your rights

Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as commercially useful and deleted on request. Write to sales@ems-supercap.com to access, correct or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.

Terms of Use

Content accuracy

Specifications, capacity classes and application notes on this site are representative of CapStack module families. Datasheet-class values vary by cell lot and configuration; the controlling document for any purchase is the signed specification sheet and order confirmation.

No warranty by publication

Content is provided "as is" for engineering evaluation. Suitability of a module for a specific rack, machine or grid installation must be validated by the buyer's own qualification testing.

Intellectual property

The CapStack name, product names and site content are property of CapStack. Technical illustrations and photographs on this site may not be redistributed without written permission.

Governing terms

Quotations, samples and volume orders are governed by the sales agreement concluded at order time, including Incoterms 2020 delivery terms and the dispute forum stated therein.
