Cell selection
3.8 / 4.0 V LIC formats in cylindrical, prismatic or large-cell classes from 3000 F to 16000 F, matched to your current profile.
Sorting plan
C/ESR dual-parameter binning turns the −10/+30% cell spread into the ±5% module window your BMS expects.
Sample & first article
First articles in 8–12 weeks with full test data attached — capacitance, ESR, balance behavior, temperature sweep.
Certification support
IEC 62391 method reports, CE DoC paperwork and UN 3499 Class 9 shipping files prepared with your notifier.
Mass production
Laser welding, aging and 100% final test in 4–6 weeks; annual frames from 1,000 pcs step the price down.

An open stack or a sealed unit — the line does both
The stack below is a real line configuration: prismatic cells on edge, braided busbar links sized for your continuous current, a harness that lands on your connector standard. No enclosure, or a full welded housing with IP rating — the cell stack stays identical either way.
